Judge Dale Blaylock was first elected in 2000. As the Judge for Precinct 2 Justice Court, he presides over one of the busiest and most productive courts in Henderson County. Although his judicial duties include overseeing thousands of civil and criminal cases annually, Judge Blaylock, as a concerned public servant, routinely reviews courthouse procedure and implement innovative and cost saving procedures that enhance efficiency and increase revenues.
